Position Summary and Responsibilities:

• Lead and champion the company’s strategy with the North China team.
• Responsible for operational processes across all services. The key objectives are to drive sales revenue to meet P&L targets and maintain a high and consistent level of service quality.
• Standardize and optimize processes to enable the highest level of service delivery and integration with corporate customers and assignees.
• Work closely with the functional leads to manage the operational structure and delivery of our core services.
• Drive profitability of our core services through high productivity, achieving lowest possible cost to service and consistency of service.
• Work closely with business development to drive new and innovative services to become a leader in the industry.
• Responsible for strategic planning and budgeting.
• Responsible for reporting (financial and management); and Corporate Governance requirements.
• Executive planning and controls, including but not limited to directing financial operation in decision making.

Skills and capabilities:

The ideal candidate will be a proven, commercially driven leader with a record of management achievement in a service /or people based industry. In addition, a proven ability to perform and manage relations with senior executives, customers and the wider business community is required.

Preferred qualification for this role:

• 10-15 years of experience as a leader in a service or people based industry
• Functional leadership experience in a global matrix organisation
• Experience with established processes or quality programs
• Appropriate education within management, operations, finance and strategy
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
