In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex virtual events, including all aspects of project management (planning, creative, agenda, custom development, and security) as well as customer management. You will get to work with marketers from top global brands, in addition to matrix management of different internal teams (Sales, Product, R&D, PS, Support and more).
As a Program Manager, your day-to-day will include:
Working closely with the customer – setting and managing expectations and defining clear and realistic milestones throughout the project
Project Management basics – maintaining a project plan, setting recurrent meetings, raising risks and mitigations
Matrix management of the Kaltura team
Owning both the delivery and customer relationship (including escalation management)
3+ years experience leading high-key global customer projects
Service-oriented and can-do approach
Capable of working within a hectic environment, managing concurrent priorities and projects
Self-managed and quick learner
Leadership without authority
Creative approach to problem-solving and resolving difficult situations
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, team player
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Fluent in English AND JAPANESE, both oral and written - must
Planning large events in-person or virtual - advantage
