Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services. In Cyrus, our modern logistics fleet makes ultra fast deliveries for medication with the help of AI.

To support our efforts in Japan, we are looking for a versatile Customer Service & Operations Associate to join our team. You will be working closely with our founding team to:

— Translate English to Japanese and vice versa
— Conduct research via search engines (Good Googling skills is a huge bonus)
— Liaise with suppliers and potential partners via email and phone calls
— Ensure all research and quotations are organised neatly
— Provide good customer service to our patients and users

Requirements:
— Ability to speak and write in Japanese and English fluently.
— Excellent interpersonal skills
— Organised and meticulous
— Friendly, approachable, empathetic
— Confident on the phone — as you will be liaising with external vendors/partners for quotations.
— Ability to write in business Japanese
