Customer Service Assistant in Nagoya for Real Estate (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role:
Your primary responsibility will be to work as a part of our call center and web inquiry team to answer Portuguese inquiries from our website, Facebook page, and phone related to our apartments, which are located throughout Japan. Although clients will be Portuguese-speaking, you must be able to communicate with coworkers in Japanese efficiently.

■ Renewing 6 Month Contract (There is the possibility to change to a full time employee dependent on performance).
■ Annual income: ¥3,000,000 - ¥3,600,000
■ Working hours: 09:00-18:00
■ Holidays / Vacation: 2 days off per week (120 Days off per Year), 5-day weekly shift system including weekends and national holidays
■ Qualification: Bilingual in Portuguese / Japanese (JLPT N2 & above)
■ Visa Support is offered
■ Social Insurance: Health Insurance, Employee Pension, Unemployment Insurance, Worker's Accident Insurance
■ Work place: Kamimaezu Station, Nagoya

ATENDIMENTO CALL CENTER

■Contrato : Contrato de 6 meses. (Keiyaku Shain com renovações)
※Possibilidade de efetuação. (Shain)
■Remuneração:¥3.000.000~3.600.000/ano.
■Horário : segunda a sexta 09:00~18:00, Flexibilidade de trabalhar no sab. dom. e feriados.
■Folgas, Férias: 2 folgas por semana. 120 folgas/ano. 5 dias de serviço por semana. incluso sábado, domingo e feriados. (férias remuneradas)
■Qualificação: Bilingue em Português e Japonês(acima de JLPTN2)
■Seguro social: Saúde, aposentadoria, desemprego, acidentes de trabalho.
■Local de trabalho: Nagoya-shi, Est. Kamimaezu.

Atendimento de novos inquilinos.
Verificação de documentação de novos inquilinos.
Solicitação de documentos necessários ausentes.
Reserva de visitas com os síndicos.
Preparação de precessos para avaliação.
Intérprete ao setor de avaliação.
Atendimento de E-mails dos inquilinos.
Outros serviços relacionados ao Call Center.
