We are urgently looking for a few facility management staff who have the ability to; operate Boilers and A/C Chillers, etc., take readings on these systems and understand what cause the problems whenever they occur.

A background in basic plumbing and electricity is desirable.

Work Hour: (3 shift timetable)
A. 7:00 - 16:00 (1 hour break)
B. 13:30 - 22:30 (1 hour break)
C. 22:30 - 7:30 (1 hour break)

Holiday: 2 days a week
Workplace: Akasaka, Tokyo

Transportation expenses will be reimbursed.
Company-rent house can be provided, if qualified.
Visa sponsorship available for up to 5 years, upon renewal.

Applicants should be with:
Bilingual skill (English: native level, Japanese: business level)
Word & Excel: Basic skill
Visa suitable for working this job

Also, applicants should be vaccinated twice and the certificate will be requested later.

When a face-to-face interview is set, the resume (education background, business experience and visa status, etc.) in Japanese is required.
