多言語翻訳のリンギスト:Linguist for Multi-Language Translation Projects（期限切れ）

One of Japan’s leading translation agencies, SunFlare is looking to recruit freelance linguists for multi-language translation projects.
Full-time employment opportunity may be available if conditions are met.

* Only residents in Greater Tokyo who can commute to the head office at least two days a week can apply, but otherwise can work from home.
* Good communication skills are essential to coordinate translators and staffs or to give instructions to them.
* Multi-linguals with more than one languages other than English and Japanese are most desirable.

The job includes linguistic quality management for multi-language translation projects.
He/she is mainly responsible for managing queries from translators and feedbacks from the client and also for QAs (Quality Assurance). Will also be expected to provide skill assessment for translators or to give suggestions for better implementation of processes.

Desired language skills other than English and Japanese include:
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish, Thai and Indonesian.

[業務内容]
多言語翻訳の品質管理
*翻訳者の質問対応や、客先からのフィードバック対応、QA (Quality Assurance)などを担当します。
その他、翻訳者評価や翻訳品質の向上やプロセス改善の提案なども行います。

[⾔語条件]
・英語および日本語は必須（ビジネスレベル以上）。
・上記にプラスして、1つ以上の言語が対応できる方（翻訳あるいはチェックが可能なレベル）：
簡体字・繁体字・韓国語・フランス語・スペイン語・タイ語・インドネシア語など。
*マルチリンガル、様々な言語の習得意欲のある方、大歓迎。
*日本語ネイティブも応募可。

・東京本社（四⾕）に来社して作業できる⽅（週2日以上、応相談）。
・翻訳あるいはチェック経験のある方
・コミュニケーション能力（PMや翻訳者等社内外と相談したり、指示を出す業務が発生します。）
