“IT JOBs in Japan” by Nihongo Online School was made in Sep 2019 based in Tokyo Japan with a mission “to create a Japanese society where foreigners can play an active role in Japan”.
Since 2019, we started Japanese language education for foreign learners of Japanese, and from Oct 2021, we just started supporting foreign IT engineers to find a better job in Japan as a Recruitment specialist.

Overall Duties:
We are just started up, so it’s an efficient team environment with the freedom to decide how to handle projects.
Mainly,
・Recruitment in the Tech industry
・generate candidates using LinkedIn and another job site
・generate clients using LinkedIn and other ways (such as international companies located in Japan, Japanese companies)

■Required skills and experience
・1+ year of recruitment in the Tech industry
・Conversational level of Japanese
・1+ years of engineering experience for System development using any of the following programming languages.

【Programming language】
front-end：Javascript/React/Typescript/Node.js/
back-end： Java/PHP/C/Python/Go/Haskell

■Working Hours and Location
flexible work arrangements
working hour:8 hours
work remotely is OK
※If you need to go to the office to work,
You can work Tokyo office.

■Compensation
Salary:
¥3.5M ~ ¥12M/ Annual
※Salary will reflect the employee's personal experience, performance, and overall ability.
