The role:
We are looking for a likeminded person to join our Japan office as an Administration Assistant. This multi-talented individual will be responsible for responsible for providing support to our Financial Management and HR.
We expect you have worked in a similar role before, but we are also concerned about finding the right person for this role and our team. Being passionate, enthusiastic, detail orientated and eager to learn are all essential qualities. We are a fast-growing company, and there will be amazing opportunities for the right person to have a successful and exciting career with us.
You will be responsible to the below, plus other tasks depending on your experience:
• Handling banking transfers and credit card payments
• Handling supplier invoices
• Reviewing and processing expense reimbursements
• Accurately input and maintain data in an organized, easy-to-understand format
• Assist HR department with documentation including visa applications
• Assisting with office management tasks
• Working with Country Manager on various projects
