Description
We are looking for an experienced Facility Engineer with skills of electricity & HVAC, etc. that are required for building management.
Major responsibilities are to:
-Monitor the conditions of electricity & HVAC,
-Repair & maintain equipment, and
-Relay the incident to building owner & other relevant parties and fix the problem.
Work hour: 8:30-17:30 (1 hour lunch break)
Workplace: Roppongi and others in Tokyo
Applicants should be with:
- 3+ years experience in Engineering
- Bilingual in both Japanese and English
Resume in both English and Japanese required.
Transportation fees will be provided.
Company-rent house can be provided if wanted.
