Account Support Specialist

Lisuto is an Israeli-Japanese start-up developing data structuring AI solutions for sellers and marketplaces. Lisuto leverages sophisticated AI Technology to analyze texts and images, optimizing visibility of sellers` products and driving sales. Lisuto is currently growing its customer base rapidly and is currently seeking for an Account Support specialist to support its growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a person that will support the company’s sales and account management team`s activities in the Japanese market and act as a coordinator with the company`s office in Israel. He / she needs to be able to think analytically about the business, the product and its technical challenges with capability to convey company’s value proposition to the customers as well as receive feedback from customers and convey it internally to other members of the team in Japan and Israel. His / her responsibilities will include quality assurance, performance analysis, product feature analysis, as well as providing support and recommendations internally to members of the teams both in Japan and Israel, working tirelessly towards achieving company’s business goals.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Proven track record of B2B sales or customer support
Self starter being able to work independently in a start up environment
Ability to identify and qualify customer potential
Technical capability to understand the company solution and ability to understand and identify opportunity for customers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Planning and reporting ability
High business level Japanese and English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing)
BONUS SKILLS:
Technical background in engineering / computer science
Entrepreneurial experience
Existing customer network
Leadership skills
