We are looking for experienced Business Development personnel for real estate brokerage and facilities management. The job includes:
-Market analysis on industry & area, etc. untouched so far
-Strategic planning for targeted industries and accounts
-Creation of presentation materials
-Visit targeted accounts with the Sales team
-Sales activities for specific foreign entities such as embassies, international schools and multinational large accounts
Working hour: 8:30-17:30 (1 hour lunch break), Mon-Fri
Workplace: Shinjuku, Tokyo
Applicants should have
- bachelor's degree at least
- 3+ years experience in real estate brokerage and facilities management
- Fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills in both English and Japanese
Female applicants are welcome.
When a face-to-face interview is set, the resume (education background, business experience and visa status, etc.) in Japanese is required.
Transportation expenses are reimbursed.
Company-rent house can be provided, if qualified.
Visa sponsorship available for up to 5 years.
