We will now recruit bilingual staff of hospitality services to host our foreign customers!

<Introduction of our Japanese restaurant① Special product Ise beef “BUTASUTE”>
It is sukiyaki restaurant which was founded in 1868, loved by celebrities in the world.
The meat to serve at this restaurant is only Japanese black beef "Isegyu" carefully raised by our contracted farmers near Ise city. In a high-quality and relaxing space based on woods, the charm of our service is "cook" carefully and skillfully according to customer’s preference in front of them.

<Introduction of our Japanese restaurant ② YAKINIKU “HIMUKA”>
It is a specialized YAKINIKU restaurant of Wagyu "Ozaki beef". Our beef is aged while living by long-term, stress-free fattening, it turns into a special meat quality with good taste of lean and low melting point of marbling. We have one of the most specialized facilities in Tokyo and got a license for raw beef meat. You can also enjoy fresh Ozaki raw beef meat such as “Yukhoe” or “Meat sushi”. There is a relaxed warm Japanese atmosphere in its interior.

It is a bistro that you can enjoy meat carefully selected both in and out of Japan at any time, for example, the rare wagyu beef "Ozakigyu" or the French beef "Fleur d'Aubrac".
We have more than 50 types of "craft beer" and "natural wine" each suitable for meat dishes.

<Introduction of our European restaurant ② Hokkaido farm-fresh Bar “HOKKAIO”>
Hokkaido is remarkable for a food material power in the world. We opened “HOKKAIO” in order to deliver foods purchased directly from farmers and fishermen to customers.
It is a Japanese-style tavern + bar with simple cuisine regardless of style and plenty of drinks such as craft beers and domestic wines.

Because of our cooking style or restaurant location, over 30% of our customers are foreign people. Therefore, we are recruiting bilingual managers and service staff.
Depending on your playing a part in this job, we have various positions including opportunities to be converted to contracted employees.

▮Your job:
 ⁃Hospitality services to customers.
 ⁃Production of English menu.
 ⁃Marketing targeted to foreign customers.
 ⁃English language and terminology lessons to the Japanese staff .

▮Your qualifications:
 ⁃You are able to communicate fluently in English and have a basic command of
 Japanese language.
 ⁃Other languages are taken into consideration.
 ⁃You have good interpersonal skills and you are comfortable in working in
 a multicultural environment.
 ⁃You are a cheerful and friendly person and you have a natural predisposition in
 making other people feel comfortable and enjoy their time.
 ⁃You are a team player.
 ⁃You are ready to take new professional challenges and have a proactive attitude.
 ⁃You have experience in restaurant and or hospitality industry.

▮Position&Salary:
 Service-staff (Full-time)
 230,000~330,000JPY per month 
  ※We will take into consideration your experience, ability, etc.
  ※You are able to work in part-time(1,100~1,600JPY per hour)

▮Working hours:
 8:00~23:00(shift system intermission)

▮Holiday:
 -8days off per month (shift system)
