We are the fast-growing Falafel-Vegan concept restaurant chain with 3 current locations and more planned to open soon, The Falafel Brothers! While we strive to create the best falafel and vegan foods, salads, sweets, and more in Japan and someday around the world, we deeply value and care about the health benefits of our foods for customers and their impact on the environment.

We are looking to expand our team with more brothers & sisters who will work together at our existing stores and in our future stores' expansion, including Management positions if you desire to grow with us. We’ve got big plans on top of our current 3 shops across in Roppongi, Ebisu, and Shibuya Parco building! The new store in Aoyama is currently under preparation!!

We are hoping to recruit staff for our locations throughout Tokyo, so please inquire! You'll mostly be serving sandwiches, salad bowls, vegan variety foods, vegan sweets (yum!), and much more. Also operating the register counter and if you have confidence in your cooking skills, then come help with the production of toppings, sweets, and more!

● Working conditions:
Availability 7 days a week from morning till close at night, and weekend shifts are welcome! Minimum work availability: 3 days per week for part time. 4 days per week for full time (more work hours are available and upgrading to leadership and management position )

*Please note that there is an option to upgrade to full-time positions and even management positions, if you match the skills criteria, so please inquire when you contact us.

● Transportation expenses: Commuting allowance structures in place

● Welcome traits:
English communication skills, cooking, design, and SNS experience skills.

●労働条件：シフト制　週 3 以上
ランチタイム、ディナータイムの枠があり、どちらかをあなたの希望に合わせてシフト提出して頂きます。
（土日働ける方、ランチタイム働ける方歓迎)

モーニングを実施している店舗では08:00~の勤務も可能ですので、空いた時間を有効活用出来ます！

英語、日本語のスキルアップにもつながります
昇給はスキル、経験によって昇給となります。
