Description

About the role:

Your primary responsibility will be to work as a part of our call center and web inquiry team to answer Portuguese inquiries from our website, Facebook page, and phone related to our apartments, which are located throughout Japan. Although clients will be Portuguese-speaking, you must be able to communicate with coworkers in Japanese efficiently. We also require that you've had 1 year of work experience in Japan.

■ Full-time employee (trial period: 3 months)

■ Annual income: ¥3,600,000 (Roughly ¥300,000 per month)

■ Working hours: 09:00-18:00

■ Holidays / Vacation: 2 days off per week (120 Days off per Year), 5-day weekly shift system including weekends and national holidays

■ Qualification: Bilingual in Portuguese / Japanese (JLPT N2 & above)

■ Visa Support is offered

■ Social Insurance: Health Insurance, Employee Pension, Unemployment Insurance, Worker's Accident Insurance

■ Work place: Kamimaezu Station, Nagoya
