URGENT! Bahasa Indonesia Instructor for Intensive Course in Fukushima

Berkeley House Language Center is urgently seeking a Bahasa Indonesia instructor for an intensive course held in Nihonmatsu-shi, Fukushima-ken.
 
Period: –　September 23 (or ASAP)- Oct31st
  
*Possibly 2 other intensive courses will be available for right candidates.
The courses will start in Apr, Aug and Jan  ( Roughly 72 days each).

Student: volunteer going to Indonesia

Location: Nihonmatsu shi, Fukushima ken

Working day: Monday-Friday

Average Teaching hours: 5 hours/day (8:50-14:50), need to stay till 16:00 to answer students' questions during their self-study time 2-3days a week
50 min class * 5 classes a day
*Work other than teaching: writing reports, participating in events and meetings, etc.

Remuneration: roughly 400,000yen if you start on Sept. 23 for the course in total
Transportation expenses to and from Fukushima in Japan will be reimbursed
Transportation from the provided apartment to the working place will be available for free.

Accommodation: free furnished apartment provided (need to pay 8000yen for utility fees and 2700yen for internet per month)

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a native speaker or Japanese national with professional proficiency in designated language and a dedicated team worker, he/she must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited university and experience in teaching Japanese national.
Preference will be given to those with experience in teaching intensive language programs in Japan.
This application is open only to residents of Japan.
