Tour Guide / Bus Driver

[JOB DETAILS]
Work Period: Late November 2024 ~ Early March 2024
Office Location: Nozawa Onsen, Nagano / Myoko Kogen, Niigata
Salary: ¥1,100 ~ ¥1,400 per hour + Tour sales bonus
Staff accommodation: A shared house (own room) is available at ¥30,000/Month.


[PREFFERD SKILLS]
- Bus driver's license valid in Japan for up to 29 passengers
- Higher Japanese language skill
- Application knowledge (WordPress, Zoho, Zendesk, Google Apps)
- Travel agency or Tour guide experience

[JOB DESCRIPTION]
- Face-to-face Customer Service: Tour guiding, tour promotion (Pass our flyers) and selling drinks (at our cafe counter in our office).
- Office-related Tasks: Managing and handling quote requests, bookings, and confirmations. Customer interaction will primarily be in English via e-mail. While communication with suppliers will require basic Japanese language skills. You will also be required to do manual data entry and basic website/social media updates.
- Other Tasks: Office cleaning, snow clearing around the office and some other general tasks.
