Description

The Environment Health and Safety Manager ensures a safe work environment for the client locations.
This role is responsible for the development of health and safety programs that meet the expected goals and objectives.


Requirements:

・Must currently reside in Japan
・English- Fluent (written and spoken)
・Japanese- Fluent (written and spoken)
・Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
・Experience in EHS within the pharmaceutical or chemical industries (highly preferred)


The Environment Health and Safety Manager completes the following duties:

・Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
・Analyze regulations, benchmarking studies, and industry best practices.
・Develop processes, procedures, and programs to ensure workplace health and safety.
・Communicate program standards to employees, vendors, and contractors.
・Manage injuries and incidents and develop risk mitigation plans.


Conditions:

・Monday to Friday, usual working hours of 8 to 9 hours.
・Pinkerton provides benefits and a competitive salary.
