MIMARU APARTMENT HOTEL has opened by Cosmos Hotel Management last year 2018 which mainly targeting families and group travelers from all over the world.
We are fast growing company as opened 6 hotels in Tokyo and 3 hotels in Kyoto since first hotel opened on February 2018.
As our concept “Your home away from home”, all of our hotel featured kitchen, dining space and living area in spacious room so all guest can feel like stay at home.
< Requirement >
English：Business level for both writing and speaking
Japanese：Conversational level for both writing and speaking
・ Manage all check in and out
・ Assists and support all guest experience initiated at the property such as introduce recommend sightseeing spot and restaurants.
・ Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible.
・ Answering calls and emails.
・ Manages the cash under his/her responsibility
Kyoto, either Nakagyo-ku, or Shimogyo-ku or Minami-ku
<Work hours >
Routine of 3 work shift schedules
7am - 4pm
9am - 6pm
1pm - 10pm
< Salary >
Annual salary : 200,000yen ~ ( Based on experience)
6 months probation periods
Holidays :117 days
Annual Leave : 10days for 1st year.
Other leave : Paid leave, Condolences leave etc.
Bonus : Twice per year based on performance
Salary Review : Twice per year based on performance
Insurance : Health insurance / social insurance/ employment insurance
Commute transportation expense : Support up to 30,000JPY
Visa sponsorship : Yes
