Our company is a blockchain development/consulting company creating its own original consensus algorithm. It was first established in May 2018. We are set to take on the world with our innovative cutting edge blockchain technology.
Our blockchain, while it is still in the prototype stage, has already been highly evaluated by experts in the industry, thanks to being able to tackle inherent big obstacles.
Blockchain has gained special attention in the past years through cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. But even so, the technology still has not found its way into day-to-day life and is foreign to most people outside of the industry.
At early works co.,LTD we offer practical business solutions that make blockchain feel real.
We apply our innovative original blockchain to actual problems to improve businesses and technology.
Your task as a Project Manager will be that of ensuring the project will be delivered on schedule, with the budget at disposition. You will be managing a team of developers and be given the opportunity to bring aboard new members, to help you achieve your goal. At the same time you will work closely with Marketing and Sales to make sure they promote the product adequately.


Opportunities for business trips:

Regular opportunities to join international conferences and events. You have the chance to present our product and get feedback from potential users in person.


Vacation:

Summer vacation available, New Year's holiday


Job requirement:

- Experience in C# and databases
- At least business level English and Japanese, including knowledge of IT terminology
- Experience leading a team

- Willing to develop a start-up company and grow with it
- Interested in blockchain technology
- Ability to meet and enforce deadlines
- Proven successful track record
- PhD title
