<Main Focus for this Role>
• Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operation
• Strong focus on restaurant employee training, during service and after, on the job training

<Duties and Responsibilities>
- Managing Day-to-Day Operations
• Supervises and manages employees as well as all day-to-day operations
• Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
• Look after all customer and their wellbeing with great interaction and service delivery
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
• Able to initiate and execute monthly promotions and drive associate incentive programs

- Leading Food and Beverage Team
• Able to train and educate permanent and seasonal associates, international trainees on the job and class room style training on basic service standards.
• Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors
• Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills
• Ensures and maintains the productivity level of employees in a way that will be efficient and effective by providing the leadership, vision and direction

- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
• Acts as the guest service role model for the restaurants and all employees.
• Handles guest problems and complaints
• Incorporates guest satisfaction as a component of departmental meetings with a focus on continuous improvement
• Manages service delivery in outlets to ensure excellent service from point of entry to departure (e.g., greeting from hostess, speed of order taking and food and beverage delivery, fulfillment of special requests, collection of payment & invitation to return)

<Qualifications / Required Skills and Experience>
- Education
• At least more than 2-year degree from an accredited college in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Work Experience
• At least 6years of working experience in Hotel & Restaurants or 2 years in a Restaurant Manager role or Assistant Manager Role in large operation
- Language and Office Skills
• Familiar with MS office / Symphony systems
• Japanese & English speaking fluency
