We have on-ground teams in several markets including Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Kenya, Thailand, U.K., USA, and Australia. Our robust and rigorous expansion has brought us to a juncture requiring the assembling of an experienced Sales Team in Japan comprising of Sales Representatives - possibly future Country Managers - for each market.
Sale of vehicles to different markets (Africa, Caribbean and Asian markets)
Proactively contact new and existing clients – cold calling experience is very useful
Maintain detailed knowledge of the vehicles sold by the company
Have a firm grasp on market requirements and how to supply them
Meet monthly sales targets
Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate
Comfortably interact with key decision-makers
Must love what you do - it goes a long way in anything, especially Sales
Native or Fluent in English
Japanese is a bonus, but not mandatory
Other languages preferred depending on market
South America: Spanish
Tanzania market: Swahili
CIS Countries: Russian
Monday to Friday (or Tuesday to Saturday) - both options available
9:00～18:00 (shift hours may change depending on the market)
Salary: ¥200,000 to ¥280,000 (depending on experience) + incentive

Paid Holidays: 10 days/year after the first 6 months.
The steady increase of 1~2 days/year every year until 20 days/year after 6.5 years.
Note: Un-used Paid holidays can be used up to 2 years:
(Example- If no paid holidays were used between year 6.5 ~ 7.5, 40 paid holidays/year can be used in year 7.5~8.5)
Work Location: 5 stops from Shibuya (Den-en-toshi line)
