PATHWAYS has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual Staffing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
Client Development
Temporary Staffing (hakken) and contract sales

Permanent Placement Sales
Introducing other PATHWAYS services to clients which includes IT Managed Services

Work closely with clients to regularly bring in new requirements
Interview and qualify candidates
Negotiate employee contracts, terms and conditions and salary
Manage the hiring process from start to finish
Effectively manage client expectations during the hiring process and managing PATHWAYS employees working on client sites
Network, self-brand, promote PATHWAYS

Required Qualifications
Sales and Client Management experience
Local and regional market knowledge
Professional, reliable and well-presented
Outstanding Time Management - you know how to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Fluent English

Business level Japanese preferred
IT Technical knowledge preferred

Previous experience in Temporary Staffing (haken) is strongly preferred
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
