[Job description]
The Shangri-La Hotel is looking for people for roles such as Assistant Manager, Sommelier, Captain and / or Associates for our Restaurant Outlets.

・Provide excellent and sincere service in our restaurant outlets at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond guest’s expectation.
・Obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
・Assist in any other tasks as specified by his / her Manager or Assistant.
・Should have thorough knowledge of all menu items and service procedures.
