◆主なお仕事内容
ローカライズされた発売前のゲームやアプリのLQAを行うにあたって
プロジェクトチームのメンバーや作業全般を、リーダーとして管理できる方を募集しています。

【LQAプロジェクトの管理業務全般】
・窓口としてクライアントへ作業報告や相談、連絡を伴う業務
・スケジュール管理(予算に応じた作業工数の算出など)
・業務管理(作業の進捗、納品物の提出など)
・スタッフ管理(作業の指示出し、スケジュールや人数調整など)
・スタッフの育成
・その他付随する業務

◆必要な経験・スキル
・現在日本在住(東京オフィスへ出社が可能)の方
・英語のネイティブレベル
・JLPT N1~N2 資格保有者
・日本語でコミュニケーションが取れる方
・日本での仕事経験 1年以上 (業種・職種は問いません)
・ゲームローカライズ品質検証(LQA)業務の経験がある方
・チームマネジメントの経験がある方
・チーム内外のメンバーと円滑なコミュニケーションを行える方
・スタッフ育成の経験がある方
・ゲーム好きな方

想定年収:300万円~450万円
※経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇いたします。

◆Job Description for LQA Project Management:
As a leader in charge of localization quality assurance (LQA) for pre-release games and
applications, you will oversee various aspects of project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:

Communication with Clients: Serve as the main point of contact for clients,
create work reports, and conduct consultations.
Schedule Management: Calculate work hours based on budget constraints and
ensure timely completion.
Task Supervision: Manage work progress and submissions.
Staff Coordination: Provide instructions to team members, create and maintain schedules,
and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Staff Development: Train (new) team members.
Other Related Tasks: Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

◆ Required Experience and Skills:
Currently residing in Japan (able to commute to our Tokyo office).
Native-level English proficiency.
JLPT N1 or N2 certification.
Able to communicate effectively in Japanese.
1+ years of work experience in Japan (regardless of industry or occupation).
Experience in game localization quality assurance (LQA).
Experience managing a team.
Effective at both internal and external communication.
Experience in staff development.
Passion for gaming.

◆ Employment Type: Full-time (正社員).

◆ Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

◆ Location: KINSHA Tokyo Branch Office
Address: 405 Nishishinjuku Sankou Building, 7-22-35 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
On-site work only; remote work not available.

◆ Salary: Estimated annual income: ¥3,000,000 to ¥4,500,000.
Compensation will be based on experience and ability, according to company regulations.
*A 3-month probationary period will apply, during which the employee will receive 90% of
the monthly base salary.
