We’re looking to add Operations Associate to support our growing portfolio of hotels in Kyoto.

Role:

・Deliver and meet higher expectations on guest needs
・Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
・Answer questions and address complaints in timely and professional manner
・Assist the operations team to refine and document processes, implement operational improvements, product collaborations, tech systems and automations
・Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
・Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
・Other duties as assigned by management
・Help Wayfarer win in the long-term.
・Working hours are on shift basis for 9 hours (with 1 hour break)
・2 regular days off per week
・Probation & training is 3 months. After probation, you will be moved to a permanent position (正社員) which includes full basic insurance and paid leave of 15 days.
・Career progression: Ops Associate > Ops Specialist > Ops Lead.
[Work Hours]
① 8:00am- 5:00pm (Including 1hour break)
② 2:00pm - 11:00pm (Including 1hour break)
③ 4:30pm - 1:30am(Including 1hour break/stay-over)
*We have a list of shift times apart from these 3 above.*

Basic Requirements:
・Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration
・Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (at least N3)
・Proficiency in written and spoken English
・1 year of Front Office/Guest Service experience is preferred
