仕事内容
新しいオフィスメンバーとして、松伏埼玉のチームに参加していただきます。
以下のような業務に携わっていただきます：
顧客対応（電話応対、メール送信など
データ入力
アプリケーションの入力、同僚や行政との日本語でのコミュニケーション、トレーニングの企画、会議の議事録作成など。
役割と責任は、応募者のスキルと長所に応じて割り当てられます。
研修や業務説明は先輩が行います；
学ぶ意欲ややる気次第で、物流、人事、広報など、さまざまな分野で徐々に成長することができます。

応募条件
勤務地は埼玉県ですが、業務内容は日本国内の他支店で働くチームのサポートとなります。そのため、新メンバーには迅速な協力とタイムリーなコミュニケーションが求められます。そのためには
- 日本語：会話レベル以上の読み書き
- 英語力：会話レベルあれば尚可
- コンピュータースキル マイクロソフト・オフィス、アウトルック、インターネット・ナビゲーション等。
- コミュニケーション能力：報告、相談、チームメンバーとの交流、良好な仕事関係を維持する能力。
- チームワーク精神、文化の違いに対応する能力、多様性を尊重することは必須。
- 責任感、整理整頓、時間厳守、
- 先輩から学ぶ能力、積極的に耳を傾ける能力、先輩の指導に従う能力は、会社のチームメンバーとしての向上と成長の鍵である。

勤務時間
9:00～18:00（うち休憩1時間）

Job Description:
As a new office member, you will join the team in Matsubushi-Saitama
You will assist the team in accomplishing duties related to:
Customers relation e.g., answering calls, sending emails, etc.
Data entry
Filling in applications, communication in Japanese with colleagues or public administration, organization of training, writing minutes of meetings, etc.
Roles and responsibilities will be assigned according to the applicant’s skills and learning capacity
Training and explanation of tasks will be provided by seniors;
Depending on your willing to learn and motivation etc. you will be able gradually to grow knowledge in different fields: logistics, HR, public relation, etc.

Job requirements:
The work location is in Saitama; however, the work duties will consist on supporting teams working in other branches in Japan. Thus, the new member will need to ensure prompt cooperation/communication in a timely manner. This will need:
- Japanese language: spoken and written above conversational level
- English language: conversational level is an asset,
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, outlook, internet navigation, etc.
- Communication skills: ability to report, consult, interact with team members and maintain good work relationship with them.
- Team work spirit, capacity to deal with cultural difference, respect to diversity is a must
- Sense of responsibility, organization, punctuality,
- Capacity to learn from seniors, positive listening, and follow their guidance is the key to improvement and growth as a team member of the company.

Working hours:
9:00 am – 18:00 pm（including break time: 1-hour）
Working overtime will be asked
