Wayfarer is tech-driven hospitality startup brand rapidly expanding our team. We're on a mission to reinvent the hospitality business model for young independent travelers.

We’re looking to add Night Operations Associates Full-time and Part-time to support our growing portfolio of hotels in Kyoto and Osaka.
Full-time staff will be in a permanent position (正社員).
We're not like most companies. We're very direct. We hate the status quo. We want risk-takers and outside-the-box critical thinkers. No bs.

Full-time
> On-shift basis for 9 hours (with 1 hour break)
> 2 regular days off per week
> Probation & training is 3 months. After probation, you will receive full social insurance and paid leave of 15 days.

① 10pm-7am(Including 1hour break/Night shift)
② 11pm-8am(Including 1hour break/Night shift)
* Shift patterns may vary.
* 10pm to 5am will incur an x1.25 increase in pay in accordance with local labor law.
