＜Tokyo Midtown Hibiya Food Hall＞
A “food hall” is considered a style of originating from New York, it is a large indoor space where you can eat and drink from a variety of restaurants with different concepts. The popularity of food halls is due to their ability to offer a casual taste of fine cuisine.

Our food hall operates five restaurants: Spanish Bar, Oyster Bar, BBQ & Grill, Meatballs Restaurant popular now in NY, and Vietnamese Restaurant. Each of these restaurants has a different concept, and we will serve food and drinks with high quality table service. Many foreign travelers use to visit us due to its location in Hibiya. We need your language skills to provide bright, healthy and friendly service.
Therefore, we want to recruit 20 bilingual staff.

Hibiya Food Hall restaurants have different operations.
BROOKLYN CITY GRILL (BBQ & grill diner), BOSTON OYSTER & CRAB (Oyster bar & seafood restaurant), and VIETNAMESE CYCLO (Vietnamese cuisine) are casual restaurants. Our Staff will serve customers. Bar & Tapas Celona (Spanish bar) and Susan's MEAT BALL (Meatball specialty shop) serve food and drinks at the counter. Customers will be self-served.

＜Service staff and Kitchen staff＞
For this recruitment, we hope those who can communicate in Japanese with customers such as recommending dishes at the hall, or can communicate in Japanese at the kitchen. We will leave the same job as Japanese staff. Hourly wages are on weekdays more than 1,250 yen, on weekend and holiday more than 1,300 yen (depending on stores). Appointment of permanent employees is also possible.
Our employees are from USA, Canada, France, Spain, Norway, Italy, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan.

日比谷フードホールの店舗ではオペレーションが異なります。
BROOKLYN CITY GRILL （BBQ&grill diner）、BOSTON OYSTER&CRAB （Oyster bar & seafood restaurant）、VIETNAMESE CYCLO （Vietnamese cuisine）の3店舗は、カジュアルレストランで、サービスも伴います。Bar & Tapas Celona （Spanish bar ）、Susan's MEAT BALL （Meatball specialty shop）の2店舗は、カウンターでの料理、ドリンク提供で、セルフサービスになります。

＜サービススタッフ、キッチンスタッフの募集＞
日本語会話レベルが、ホールでの料理をおすすめするなどのお客様とのコミュニケーションが可能、もしくはキッチンで日本語によるコミュニケーションが可能な方を望んでおります。日本人スタッフと同様な仕事をお任せすることとなり、時給は平日1,250円～、土日祝1,300円～（店舗により異なる）で、社員登用も可能です。
