We are a 5th year brand in the fashion industry searching for a Brand Marketing Manager. The selected applicant for this role is responsible for ensuring that products, services and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers.
As a brand manager, you are expected to be the total business stakeholder. Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
・Understand and evolve brand strategy including consumer segmentation, targeting, positioning and brand architecture.
・Develop and manage communications in support of new product introductions and sustainability storytelling
・Take charge of developing business and/or innovation strategies for key brand(s), identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.
・Generate and monitor consumer reviews, addressing comments as needed. Ensure reviews are updated annually and behind new product launches.
・Effectively steward the P&L to achieve net sales and profitability goals.
・Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.
・Bachelor’s degree or above
・Brand Activation experience, Deeper understanding of commercial (P&Ls), Channel and trade environment.
・Experience in diagnosing business problems and building and executing multi-faceted, long-term, strategic plans based on business challenges.
