Utilize your J/E bilingual language skills and Quality Control expertise and work with a diverse, passionate team of colleagues across the globe. Lovenature Superfoods is a global organic superfoods wholesaler with strong focus on quality, sustainability and positive impact on the farming communities we partner with.
We're looking for a part-time Quality Control Assistant with previous experience in food quality assurance. You will support the Japan region, a new market for Lovenature, and will report to the Head of Business Development in Japan. This part-time position is fully remote with a flexible schedule (Mon. thru Fri. approx. 20 hours per week). You can make your own schedule but must remain attentive to email/phone and Quality Control tasks as they arise. Also occasional business meetings, retailer visits and package mailings may be required, and the company will reimburse all expenses incurred.

Job Description
•Email and phone correspondence
•Work closely with Lovenature Quality teams in Europe and Africa
•Apply your Quality Control experience to execute effective quality assurance of products
•Support importers, manufacturers, distros etc. in the Japan market with quality needs, documentation, troubleshooting, etc.
•Complete Quality documentation with great attention to detail, facilitate product specs, etc.
•Assist Biz Dev manager with sales collateral generation and support, etc.

Job Requirements
•Japanese native speaker / English business level
•Must reside in Greater Tokyo Area, able to attend occasional in-person meetings, etc.
•Skilled with computers (proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint, also G Suite)
•Must have access to personal computer and cell phone
