Lubina Hibiya is a seafood and tapas restaurant that has uniqueness and tradition, where you can enjoy contemporary Spanish cuisine in a modern classic atmosphere.

This restaurant is a bistro where you can enjoy bistro cuisine prepared with Japanese ingredients along with 31 kinds of craft beer on tap mainly from Japan and United States, and a rich selection of New World wines.

Hemel Miyamasu is a modern bistro restaurant that specializes in "Charcuterie" where you can enjoy modern bistro cuisine with 80 varieties of wine and 30 varieties of "Saison Beers"

As a representative of the restaurant, you are in charge of waiting customers from home and abroad, also guiding customers without reservation to the table efficiently.
We are looking for people who can smile and make customers feel like "We can spend the bliss time".

You are not required to improve management efficiency or increase our sales.
You concentrate on how customers will be happy and have a good time at the restaurant. That will enhance the quality of the restaurant.
We are looking for people who can provide service with high hospitality that will remain in customer's mind.

<Recruitment: cook> You will be in charge of cooking in general. Applicants with experiences for not only western food but also cooks of various business types will be welcome.

From Spain, Serbia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Nepal and Japan etc, multinational staff are enrolled, and they operate together by giving each other’s ideas.
Aiming for “international and happy team”, we regularly have a party with international members.

 ・Service staff
  280,000 JPY ~per month+ incentive
  220,000~300,000 JPY per month+ incentiv
 ※We decide about your salary according to the ability.
 ※Probation Period is two months.
 ※Bilingual (Japanese and English)
 ※You are able to work in part-time (1,300JPY per hour)
<Working hour>
 8:00-18:00 or 11:30-20:30 or14:00-23:00
 Shift system
 (Early shift or middle shift or late shift, with intermission, the actual work is eight hours.)
 ・8 days off per month.
 ・A paid holiday
 ・Special leave for weddings and funerals
 ・Summer and Winter holidays (each 5 days)
 ・Salary Increase two time per year
 ・Performance bonus two time per year
 ・Incentive (10,000~50,000 JPY per month)
