At Park Hyatt Niseko, we have a number of different manager positions available within the hotel operations.

Housekeeping Manager:


Responsible for managing all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas. Ensures all Housekeeping employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. Ensures Housekeeping operates with a sales attitude, and all employees are aware of sales opportunities within the hotel, which will assist, with the maximization of revenue. Makes daily inspection of all areas, including public areas, guest floors, and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and the maintenance of the premises. Establishes rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handles guest complaints, requests and enquiries on Housekeeping services. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position required.


ハウスキーピング マネージャー

客室、パブリックエリア、従業員スペースを含む、ホテル全体の清掃管理を担います。全てのハウスキーピングメンバーがブランドを理解し、優れた水準を保ち、お客様に特別な体験を提供できるようチーム育成をお願いします。ビジネスマインドを兼ね備え、収益の最大化を図るとともに、日々の清掃管理を行い、お客様との繋がり、苦情対応、問い合わせやご要望に応じ、お客様との信頼関係を築きます。ハウスキーピング マネージャーまたはそれに準ずる経験が2年以上ある方


Chief Sommelier:


Responsible for assisting the outlet managers in managing the outlet as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in consistency with Hyatt International Standards, through providing knowledgeable expertise in spirits, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the restaurants’ beverage operation. Responsible for monitoring the costs of beverages and recommend / institute measures to control them. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives. To be innovative and in touch with market trends, and be locally recognized for our selection and consistency in beverage selection, knowledge and service. Responsible for managing inventory and wine quality for residents. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position required.

アウトレットマネージャーを補佐し、特別な体験をお客様に提供しながら、質の高い水準を確保し、収益の拡大を図ります。ドリンクに関する知識に優れ、レストランのドリンク類全ての管理を担い、適正な基準を設けてドリンクコスト管理をします。メニュー内全てのドリンクに理解と知識があり、料理に合わせたお勧めや柔軟な組み合わせによるアップセル、また革新的でトレンドに合わせた嗜好や、地元の味を取り入れたセレクションの提案をお願いします。在庫管理および、ワイン品質管理に責任を持ちます。チーフソムリエまたはそれに準ずる経験が2年以上ある方



Living Room & Bar Manager:


Responsible to act as a Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for Food & Beverage Outlets and , to ensure that it is profitable and operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Ensures that Lounge & Bar is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise. Evaluates local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s operations remain competitive and cutting edge. Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position required.

Event Operations Manager:


Responsible for achieving pre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programs and handling multi-faceted projects. Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications. Spends time in each function/ event to ensure that the function/ event is managed well by the Conferences and Banquets team and functions to the fullest expectations. Maintains strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels and other organizations, including tour operators and local travel agents. Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing Park Hyatt Niseko management team and Hyatt International. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position required. Fluent Japanese business proficiency and English language skills are also required.

イベントオペレーションマネージャー

適切な営業計画に沿い、様々なプロジェクトを同時進行させながら、予算達成に責任を持ちます。電話や書類等を活用し、ホテルの認知度を高めます。宴席やイベントがチームメンバーによってスムーズに満足のいく運営ができるようリードします。競合ホテルやツアーオペレーターや旅行会社などの団体からの営業担当者と良好な繋がりを保ちます。常に責任感のあるマネジメントと姿勢で、パーク ハイアット ニセコチームとハイアットの代表としてのロールモデルとなります。イベントオペレーションマネージャー
またはそれに準ずる経験が2年以上ある方。日本語、英語ともに堪能であること。
