Popular real estate developer "Global Agents" is launching a new series of lifestyle hotels across Japan called "THE LIVELY." A first location will open this July in Fukuoka City's bustling Hakata District and two more premium locations will be following the next months in Osaka and Tokyo.

THE LIVELY will offer guests a unique toss-up of urban street-art aesthetics and a high-tech smart-hotel experience. Music also represents a big part of THE LIVELY experience and guests will be able to enjoy unique beats from professional DJs and a specifically curated music soundtrack during their stay.

Since the hotel is brand new, set-up to open FALL 2019, Global Agents is currently looking for new staff members to develop and run our new hotel in Tokyo. If you would like to start working as soon as possible, we can send you to one of our other hotel in Japan for training until the opening date.

With a portfolio specializing in community living and common spaces, Global Agents is a rising name among Japanese property developers. Created in 2005, the company has expanded to an impressive portfolio of residential, restaurant, and hotel operations, with plans to expand even further into all these markets in the coming years.

With a running design philosophy of creating “gathering places,” the company looks to continue its expansion by focusing on spaces that facilitate dialogue, exchange, and the creation of microcosm communities within bustling urban environments.

Global Agents has enjoyed great success in the Tokyo rental market with Social Apartment, their brand of co-living spaces and the company already has plans to open six new hotels throughout Japan this year, as well as their first international hotel in Taipei (Taiwan), currently scheduled to open Fall 2019.
