We are seeking a passionate and experienced Operations / Project Manager to work with our client.

As Operations / Project Manager, you will be responsible for project portfolio governance, project intake planning, and process improvements.

You will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones.

You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.



REQUIREMENTS
． BUSINESS LEVEL & FLUENCY TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS & COORDINATE JAPANESE SPEAKING TEAM
． Interact and co-ordinate with Internal team consisting of 40 people, as well as with Customers.
．Formulate and manage the team to achieve the business goals.
． Send out the periodic reports to the Division Manager.
． Track project milestones, deliverables and other details.
． Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
． Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
．Build, develop, and grow any relationships vital to the success of the project.
． Any other relevant tasks in relation to the above as may be assigned by the Company from
time to time.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
． English & Japanese Business to Fluent level.
． Experience in managing High-Profile clients & teams successfully
． Minimum of 4 to 5 year business experience in Data Collections & Surveys.
． Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery excellence and by providing the right engagement experience to the customers
． Person with best attitude will be given priority.


SALARY

Annual salary : Salary is negotiable and depends upon candidates’ experience
