Candidate Management:
・ Manage the recruitment process from job application through offer process
ex. Prepare documents, arrange interviews with clients, negotiate offer details, etc.
・ Conduct career consultation meetings with candidates to understand their needs
・ Match candidates to jobs
Client Management:
・ Develop new clients
・ Understand the hiring needs of clients
・ Provide consultative solutions to help fulfill their recruiting needs
Qualifications:
・ Strong communication skills via email, phone, and in person
・ 2 years of work experience
・ Business level English or higher
・ 4 year University degree
Preferred Skills / Experiences:
・ Experience in the following industries:
Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Legal, Finance, IT, Medical Device, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Accounting
・ Experience in new business development
・ Sales or consulting experience
・ Japanese language skills
