Service Engineer (expired)

We are recruiting for a global airspace company and we are looking for candidates for the following position:

Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
− Providing support to OEMs’ service network
− Leading and coordinating the propulsion system company’s service partners nationwide.
− Installation of engines and related equipment at customers’ premises in accordance with product installation standards.
− Giving advice to customers to ensure optimal engine performance (Product Operation)
− Advising Service Partners and customers on maintenance & repair works in accordance with propulsion system company standards (Product Maintenance/Repair)
− Responsible for applying Warranty/Goodwill through propulsion system application and controlling the progress.

Others
− To carry out other assigned tasks from time to time
− Reporting of all product-support activities on a job-related and monthly basis

Qualifications:

− Engineering skills to promote and develop technical understanding and solutions to customers
− Technical competency to understand engine mechanics and technology
− Familiarity with the industrial off-highway market in Japan
− Capacity to communicate and foster constructive dialogue with colleagues and customers
− Comprehensive English and Japanese language skills
