Under the direction of the Residence Manager and Senior Service Staff, provide efficient and effective support in the Ambassador’s Residence to facilitate high quality functions and the smooth operation of the residence.
1 Functions Support
-Work with the residence team to deliver professional and high quality functions.
-Arrange and set tables. Act as waitstaff and provide excellent service to guests during functions.
-Assist with residence and kitchen cleanup.
2 Meal Preparation
-Assist Chef as required before and during functions.
-Prepare coffee, tea, snacks etc under direction as required.
3 Service and Housekeeping
-Cleaning work before and after functions.
-Ensure all rooms, including private residence area, and patios are kept clean and tidy - floors, windows, furniture polishing.
-When the housemaid is absent be able to take on that role.
-Ensure supplies for cleaning and household goods are maintained and shop for other items requested by the Residence Manager or Ambassador. -Run errands for Ambassador on request.
-Be able to help the Ambassador, his spouse and their guests with day to day activities
-Work with the residence team to deliver effective functions.
-Communicate with other team members, including HOM EA and Social Secretary as required.
