ZenMarket is a global company dealing with customers from all around the globe. Our goal is to make buying Japanese goods online as smooth as possible. We are constantly expanding and we are looking for a great person to support our Spanish speaking customers.
Who we are looking for:
Someone with good communication skills, who has experience in a business setting, and who brings a positive influence to their surroundings.
Someone who can work ambitiously and grow with our company.
Must be able to cooperate with people of different ages, nationalities. and backgrounds in a professional work setting.
Duties include:
Supporting Spanish language speaking customers and dealing with their claims etc.
Supervising operators
Necessary qualifications:
Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2 and higher)
Business Level English
Native Spanish level
Bonus qualifications:
Experience working with small to medium-sized companies
