We are looking for a great person for our English language customer support team.
Someone with good communication skills, who has experience in a business setting, and who brings a positive influence to their surroundings. Must be able to cooperate with people of different ages, nationalities and backgrounds in a professional work setting.
Duties include:
Responding to customer's inquiries
Coordinating with the various language version managers
Supervising operators
Necessary qualifications:
Fluent English language level
Fluent Japanese language level (日本語能力試験2級以上)
Bonus qualifications:
Experience working with small to medium sized companies
Experience with e-commerce businesses
