The Opportunity: to work within the Global Technical Solutions team across JAPAC but represent Japan in this pre-sales Engineer standalone position! Managing technical conversations, integrations and testing. Supporting internal teams to provide assistance and technical support.
Location: Tokyo Office

- Work closely with product management and development teams to understand requirements and technical specifications
- Work as a Pre-Sales consultant.
- Work closely with the APAC Client Service and Sales team to ensure technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Define and improve the QA life-cycle – automate process wherever possible.
- 2-6 years experience in a tech ops or sales engineer role at an online media company or AdTech company.
- English and Japanese languages essential
- Proficiency working with large datasets
- Coding experience in Python or similar is a bonus!
