The intern will work directly with the editor-in-chief of Savvy Tokyo and other writers and editors on the team. Tasks will cover everything from background research for upcoming articles, writing articles covering all categories on Savvy Tokyo, researching and writing the weekly event calendar, attending and reporting on press events, social media posting, finding new places for our “New in the City” features, finding new products/trends women are interested in, contacting museums/event organizers for photo permission, taking photos for articles, etc.

The intern will acquire skills in writing, editing, content producing, social media, website content management, working in Wordpress, basic image manipulation, and more.
