Requirements

  • English: Business level (preferred)
  • Japanese: Fluent
  • Must currently reside in Japan
  • Must have at least 1 year experience with developing the HR data base system or related experience
  • MUST know the technical design and system engineering for developing the data base system
  • MUST have business level Japanese (N-2 or higher)
  • MUST be self starter and have analytical skill
  • MUST have experience in developing the user interface
  • Visa sponsorship available

Description

This position is a full time internal job opening at our Nagoya office. For the candidates who are looking for a part time position the part time work hours can be arranged. Our company is located near Fushimi St. and 3 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk from Nagoya Station. This position work closely with our global talent acquisition and sales team and US offices to develop the CRM and HRIS systems.

1) Design and develop the technical and design specifications for the new data base system.
2) Create the operations manual for users
3) Migrate the existing data in the new data base system
4) Train and provide the technical support to company staff
5) Design and develop the IT security policies for a new system
6) Participate in the sourcing and recruitment activities as requested
