JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 

* Deliver outstanding customer services across multi-channel/ social media platforms by answering inquiries regarding products and services.

* Interact with our social media followers and KOLs.

* Manage bilingual content for product listings on multiple online retail platforms.

* Learn SEO specific to various retail platforms to enhance product visibility and accessibility.

* Assist with online purchases, processes orders, and prepare correspondence.

* Handle requests from overseas business partners.

* Act as a liaison between our company and overseas marketplaces.

* Tracks weekly volume of correspondence generated from online stores and social media platforms in order to adjust social strategies and enhance service quality.

* Develop new marketplaces for overseas business growth.

* Performs related work as apparent or assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS: 

* English language proficiency and ability to communicate in Japanese or Mandarin a must.

* Prior experience with social media or online retail platforms preferred.

* Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers and business partners, in a timely and professional manner.
