Description

◆Job Description
The postholder will be responsible for providing English language administrative support to companies establishing local subsidiaries overseas.

Specifically:
Administrative work such as arranging English documents for lawyers, accountants, trust companies, and other professionals.
Handling contracts, applications and other documents, all of which will be in English.
・Checking of documents provided by clients
・Translating contracts with overseas lawyers, accountants, banks, etc into Japanese
・Verifying application forms submitted to public agencies
・Providing support in preparing application forms for opening overseas bank accounts, etc
・Handling e-mail and telephone correspondence with lawyers, accountants, trust companies, and other professionals (in English)
・Handling e-mail and telephone correspondence with clients (in Japanese)
・Researching laws and regulations and collecting documents related to clients’ tax audits
・Creating documents for internal and external use (using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
・Preparing contracts, invoices and payment statements, as well as managing incoming payments
・General office work
*Languages used (phone/email/documentation): English and Japanese


◆Working Hours
9:00 to 18:00
*Average overtime: 5 hours per month.
*Optional working hours of 8:00 to 17:00.
*Option for reduced working hours of 6 to 7 hours is potentially available pending consultation.


◆Requirements
We are seeking candidates who meet the following six criteria:
1. Business level English or above 
*We have staff with overseas work experience, TOEIC scores of 900 or higher, or Level 1 in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent
2. Knowledge and work experience in accounting and taxation
3. Experience in office work
4. Level 1 in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent
*Business-level Japanese language skills are required as the clients are Japanese companies
5. Intermediate PC skills or higher (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Understanding of business etiquette

*Having BATIC (International Accounting Certification) or other accounting licenses is a plus


◆Salary Description
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen or more
The above amounts are minimum guarantees.
*Final conditions will be determined upon consultation, taking into consideration the experience of the successful candidate
*Includes fixed overtime pay
Fixed overtime pay: ¥71,000 or more for 40 hours
*Fixed overtime pay is awarded even if no overtime has been worked, and any excess overtime is remunerated separately.
Salary increases: Once per year
Bonuses: Three times per year
Examples of annual earnings:
¥6.3 million: 5th year with the company (monthly salary of ¥400,000 x 12 months + bonus)
¥4.5 million: 1st year with the company (monthly salary of ¥300,000 x 12 months + bonus)
Transportation allowance: Up to ¥30,000 per month
Insurance: Employees’ health insurance, employees’ pension, employment insurance, industrial accident compensation insurance


◆Holidays
2 full days off per week (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays
121 days off per year
Leave: Golden Week vacation, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, special leave for weddings and funerals, maternity leave (pre and post-natal), childcare leave, care leave

Full-time employee
Probationary period: Six months (same working conditions as regular employment)

◆仕事内容
海外に現地法人を設立する企業をサポートする英文事務業務をお任せします。

【具体的には】
弁護士・会計士・信託会社など、専門家への英文書類手配などの事務業務。
取り扱う契約書、申請書などは全て英文です。
・クライアントから渡される資料のチェック
・海外の弁護士や会計士・銀行等と交わす契約書の和訳
・公的機関に提出する申請書の確認
・海外の銀行口座開設のための申請書作成などサポート業務
・弁護士・会計士・信託会社などの専門家とのメールおよび電話対応(英語)
・クライアントとのメールおよび電話対応(日本語)
・クライアントの税務調査に関する法令調査・資料収集
・社内外向け資料作成(Word、Excel、PowerPointを使用)
・契約書・請求書・支払明細書の作成、入金管理
・一般事務など
※使用言語(TEL/メール/各種書類)は英語/日本語です


◆勤務時間
9:00~18:00
※平均残業時間5時間/月
※8:00~17:00勤務可
※6~7時間の時短勤務応相談


◆応募条件
以下6点を満たす方を求めます。
1.ビジネスレベル以上の英語力 
※海外勤務経験者や、TOEIC900点以上、日本語能力試験1級相当のスタッフが活躍しています
2.会計や税務の知識や実務経験のある方
3.オフィスワークの経験がある方
4.日本語能力試験1級相当
※クライアントは日本企業のため、ビジネスレベルの日本語力が必要となります
5.PCスキル中級以上(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)
6.ビジネスマナーの理解

※BATIC(国際会計検定)等会計に関するライセンスをお持ちの方歓迎


◆給与
月給:30万円以上
※上記金額は最低保障額です
※ご経験を考慮し、相談の上で最終的な条件を決めます
※固定残業代を含む
固定残業代:71,000円以上/40時間
※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します
昇給:年1回
賞与:年3回
年収例:
630万円/入社5年目(月給40万円×12ヶ月+賞与)
450万円/入社1年目(月給30万円×12ヶ月+賞与)
交通費:月3万円迄支給
