We are looking for full-time kitchen staff at our new cafeteria in International School located in Kita-ward, Tokyo.

1) Full-time Assistant Kitchen Manager
2) Full-time Baker

【Work Location】

【Requirement/ Work hour/Salary】

1)Full-time Assistant Kitchen Manager

・2 years of cook experience with minimum 1 year of management experience
・Valid working visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, or Long term visa.
【Job description】
• Cooking from scratch with love.
• Oversee all kitchen activities, assign team’s tasks.
• Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
• Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
• Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with all staff training, make sure all new staff are receiving proper training and follow SOPs.
• Keep the kitchen looking fun and inviting, updating signage and displays.
• Make sure staff are working efficiently and the environment projects a clean, organized, and professional business.
• Monitor kitchen to ensure proper use of product and inventory control while keeping waste to a minimum.
• Ensure register is properly opened every day and ‘end of day’ is closed out every evening.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests.

【Working hours】
Work hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

【Monthly Salary】
¥210,000 - 250,000

2)Full-time Baker


・French Bread Baking Skills.
・Valid working visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, or Long term visa.

【Job description】
• Demonstrate leadership skills to guide the team and organize bakery production to maintain necessary levels and high quality freshly baked goods.
• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations through cost of goods sold and labor cost standards.
• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels, by reporting to Location Manager required needs for ordering.
• Direct and supervise the production staff’s activities to make sure that products are up to standards.
• Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
• Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
• Provide a monthly inventory of all goods purchased and prepared.
• Ensure the proper cleanliness through sanitization and storage of baking utensils.

【Working hours】
Work hours: 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

【Monthly Salary】
¥210,000 - 250,000
