スマートフォンで開錠、施錠を可能にする工事不要、電源不要スマートロック。
インターネット上でカギをシェアすることで、物理的なスペアキーは不要。
自宅に、オフィスに、シェアハウスに使える、新しいドアロックシステム。


既存エントランスに設置するだけで遠隔開錠が可能に。スマートフォンアプリケーションからも開錠することができ、こちらも大規模工事不要。

【仕事内容】
Webソリューションサービス( 「スマート内覧」「スマート会議室」「スマート物確」)の新規営業、導入後のフォロー、アップセル業務をお任せします。
取引先は不動産業界がメイン。大手から中小まで様々ですが、Webサービスは大手企業に多く導入いただいており、不動産管理の効率化を図ります。
顧客となる不動産会社の不動産の価値を高めるための提案や、管理の効率化などを各企業の現状の課題と合わせながら、サービスもカスタマイズして提供していきます。そのため提案からお客様側での検討などで、最長半年位と、長期的に提案するケースもあります。

【配属部署】
開発部インフラチーム（現状2名）

【概要】
現在当社が提供している種々のWEBサービス「スマート内覧」「スマート会議室」「スマート物確」のインフラ全般の構築と運用保守をお願いします。
また、今後サービスを拡大する際には、立ち上げに関わっていただくことも可能です。

【具体的な仕事内容】
ミドルウェアバージョンアップ対応（アプリケーション改修も含む）
アプリケーション、ミドルウェアのパフォーマンス・チューニング
運用・開発改善を目的としたアプリケーション改修
運用・開発改善を目的とした新規システムのアーキテクチャ設計および構築（ミドルウェア等の技術選定・検証、導入も含む）
デプロイ、テスト環境、CI環境、開発環境の改善
開発エンジニアへの技術的な支援
ミドルウェアの構成管理
社内システム全般のインフラ導入、運用、問題が発生した場合のトラブルシューティング等
ツールや機能追加のための実装
