WEB Designer

【Job Description】
• Web designer for an organic cosmetic company.

■ Creating and developing the companies e-commerce site
 ■ Making banners, campaign pages and landing page for the company
 ■ Analyze usage statistics and performance A/B tests

【Required Experience】
■ 1 year experience in web design
■ Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator
■ Coding experience: HTML, CSS

【Welcome skill】
Having knowledge in:
■SEO、HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript、PHP、FLASH

■ Language Skills
■ Japanese N2 level (being able to have normal conversation)

【Optimal Candidate】

【Annual Salary】
4200000~8000000 yen

【Work Environment】
Location: Takadanobaba　station

• 9:00～18:00（8 hours a week , weekday only）

【職務内容】

自然派コスメECショップのWebデザインをご担当していただきます。

【具体的には】
■自社ECサイトの新規、リニューアル制作
■バナー、キャンペンページ、ランディングページの制作
■数字を分析しながら、様々なクリエイティブのＡＢテストを実施

【社内の雰囲気】
スタッフは現在、28名（男13・女15）で20代～50代まで幅広い年代のスタッフが在籍している。代表が関西出身ということもあり、お笑いが好きでフレンドリーなメンバーばかりの、自由な雰囲気の職場です。スタッフのアイデア、意見を積極的に取り入れて、かなり風通しの良い会社だと思います。毎月、定例で懇親会が行われているほか、季節ごとに花見やBBQ、忘年会なども随時楽しんでいる。

【応募要件】

【必須要件】
■1年以上のWebデザイン実務経験
■Photoshop、Illustratorの使用経験
■HTML、CSSのコーディング（タグ打ち）経験
