【Job Description】
・IT Development project management (personnel management and QCD management)
・Interacting and negotiating with customers and clients
・Formulating development standards
・Provide engineers in various countries with training and support

【Requirements】
・Project / Team Lead experience
・QCD Management experience
・Experience in open system development
・Business Level Japanese Proficiency (N2 or above level)

Ideal candidate
・Holding PMO or PMP certificates
・Experience managing company bases abroad / overseas
・Desire to promote new services from scratch
・Always actively thinking about how to improve work and services
・Interest in global expansion
