【業務内容】
・大手企業向けパッケージソフト（自社製品）に関わる社内外のインフラシステムの提案・構築・運用サポート業務
・具体的には下記のような業務に携わっていただきます。
1)サーバーの設計・構築・運用サポート業務
2)ネットワークの設計・構築・運用サポート業務　等

【MUST】
・1年以上のLinux、ネットワークに関するスキル・経験
・MySQLやRedis等、OSS データベースソフトウェア（RDB, KVS）に対する高度な理解と1年以上の運用経験
・Infrastructure as Codeについての理解と運用経験
・OSSを公開、またはコントリビュートした経験

【WANT】
・10億PV/月級のWebサービスの構築、運営経験
・AWS上でのサービス運用に関する知識
・AWSとOSS を用いた冗長化、負荷分散に関する専門知識
・セキュリティに関する専門知識
・Linuxカーネルのチューニングスキルおよび、ソースコードレベルでの理解
・海外拠点のエンジニアと英語でコミュニケーションする力

【語学力】
日本語(ビジネスレベル) or 英語(ビジネスレベル)

【勤務地】
東京 or 大阪

【雇用形態】
正社員(※試用期間6ヶ月)

【勤務時間】
フレックスタイム制または裁量労働制
(所定労働時間8時間)

【給与】
年俸制：700～1500万円(賞与年2回含む)
※経験・能力・前給等により考慮
※研修期間中 600万円

【休日・休暇】
完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日 、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇

【Job description】
·Internal and external concerning ERP packaging software for large enterprises.
·We will provide infrastructure system proposal, construction, operation support service.
·Specifically, you will be engaged in the following businesses.
1)Server design, construction, operation support service
2)Network design, construction, operation support work etc

【MUST】
·Linux and network skills / experience over a year
·For MySQL, Redis, etc., against OSS database software (RDB, KVS)Advanced, understanding and over 1 year operational experience
·Understanding and operational experience on Infrastructure as Code
·Experience in publishing or contributing OSS

【WANT】
· 1 billion PV / monthly web service construction and operation experience
· Knowledge of service operation on AWS
· Expertise on redundancy and load balancing using AWS and OSS
· Security expertise
· Linux kernel tuning skill and source code level understanding
· Ability to communicate in English with engineers from overseas bases

【Language】
Japanese(Business level) or English(Business level)

【Work location】
Tokyo or Osaka

【Contract Type】
Full Time(※a six-month probationary period)

【Working hours】
Flextime system or discretionary labor system
(Prescribed working hours 8 hours a day)

【Salary】
Annual salary system: 7 to 15 million yen (including bonus year twice)
※Your experience, ability, salary in the previous workplace etc are considered.
※6 million yen during the training period

【Holidays】
