In March 2018, a seafood restaurant with a terrace, “Seafood Spanish & Tapas Lubina" opened newly in front of Hibiya Park! We are waiting for you! Cook wanted.

＜“Seafood Spanish & Tapas Lubina"＞
In March 2018, we opened “Seafood Spanish & Tapas Lubina" as one of the "Hibiya projects（※１）". Our goal is to become the representative Spanish & tapas restaurant of Japan".
We expect that our customers will spend from 1500 to 2500 yen for lunch, and from 6000 to 7000 yen for dinner.

"Lubina", the name of this restaurant means "Sea bass" in Spanish.
We have a feeling that female customers will like the sound of this pretty word.
Spain is known as a country where consumption of seafood is high among Europeans,
Especially fondly fish is preferred and "Lubina" is popular next to Merlucia.
Chaco
The average amount from each customer of "Lubina" that they can enjoy various dishes, such as pintxos, tapas, paeja and gazpacho, with chacolí or wine is as follows;
Lunch: 1500 ~ 2500 yen, Dinner: 6000 ~ 7000 yen.

2018年3月、｢東京ミッドタウン日比谷（※１）｣の一角にオープンしたスパニッシュレストラン｢Lubina｣｡目標は｢日本を代表するシーフードスパニッシュ＆タパスの店｣｡
店名の「Lubina」はスペイン語で「スズキ」の意味です。可愛い響きが女性のお客様にも気に入って頂けそうな予感がします。スペインはヨーロッパの中でも魚介類の消費量が多い国として知られており、特に淡白な魚が好まれ「Lubina」はメルルーサに次いで人気が高いのです。

ピンチョス、タパスを始め、パエージャ、ガスパチョなどバラエティ豊富な料理を、チャコリやワインを片手に堪能して頂く「Lubina」の客単価は、ランチ：1500～2500円、ディナー：6000～7000円。日本を代表するシーフードスパニッシュ＆タパスのお店として育てていきましょう。
